The Communiverse™ Method
A structured way to design your social ecosystem - and move from disconnection to measurable Social Health.
Your Communiverse™ is the hybrid community that shapes your human experience.
It includes:
• The individuals you share life with
• The groups you belong to
• The places and spaces you gather.
Most leaders leave this to chance.
The Communiverse™ Method makes it intentional.
From Loneliness to Social Wealth
Loneliness emerges when there is a gap between your social needs and your lived reality.
Social Health is experienced when your inner circle is identified and prioritised.
Social Wealth emerges when your wider Communiverse is activated.
When your Communiverse™ is intentional and aligned, Social Health strengthens across life and work.
Turning disconnection into measurable Social Health
starts with Social Wealth
We equip HR and Communications leaders to strengthen social health at work.
Social disconnection impacts both culture and the bottom line. Research estimates the cost of a socially disconnected employee at around $4,200 per year in lost productivity and absenteeism. Remote leaders are among those at highest risk.

Why Social Wealth Matters
Social Health is an outcome.
Social Wealth is what we strive for.
In remote and hybrid teams, the hardest part of leadership is no longer the work. It’s the relationships: trust, connection, communication, and belonging.
Our work reframes the conversation from deficit (loneliness and disconnection) to a strength-based lens that is immediately actionable.
The World Health Organization has identified social connection as a global health priority. Yet most workplaces still struggle to understand how connection is built, sustained, and experienced in everyday work.
Social Wealth is measurable, teachable and scalable. When organisations invest in it, they reduce social risk and strengthen the relational foundations that drive engagement, collaboration and overall organisational health.
Backed by four years of applied research with over 1,200 remote and hybrid people leaders, our programmes help organisations embed Social Wealth into leadership, culture and everyday behaviours.
